Who We Are
Founded in 2000 by Lori Varner Miller and headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, VarnerMiller provides customized professional services to federal, state, and local government agencies, organizations, and corporations nationwide.
Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise in learning and development, digital accessibility, creative and technical solutions, human capital, and program management. Our accessibility expertise includes a team of DHS Trusted Testers and CPACC-certified professionals, providing clients with knowledgeable support for Section 508 compliance and inclusive digital experiences.
For more than 25 years, VarnerMiller has built a reputation for responsive service, quality work, and reliable delivery. From initial analysis and strategy through design, development, implementation, and support, we create tailored solutions that address organizational goals, workforce needs, and measurable results.
Leadership
At the helm of VarnerMiller is Lori Miller, who has spent her career developing training, performing instructional design, and writing and producing business, technical, and visual communications.
After receiving her master’s degree from West Virginia University, Ms. Miller spent several years managing training and documentation projects for corporate and government clients.
Recognizing a need for effective technical training and documentation that engaged, motivated, and entertained adult learners, Ms. Miller founded VarnerMiller in 2000.
With the goal of providing customers with unique, highly productive, and valued specialized services, VarnerMiller gained a reputation for creating training and documentation that exceeded customer expectations.
Since VarnerMiller’s founding, Ms. Miller has been the driving force behind its success. After more than two decades in business, VarnerMiller continues to acquire new clients and expand its revenue under Ms. Miller’s leadership.
