The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) developed a sophisticated global communications system using fixed uplink sites at diverse locations around the world aimed at making global defense information easier to disseminate. Through the use of numerous systems and satellites, it has become easier to communicate, however there was no area where users could go to determine how the system functioned. Through SPAWAR, VarnerMiller was contracted to create an interactive electronic graphic user Interface that allows the selection of information and knowledge from numerous sources. With the concept of providing a platform for learning, VarnerMiller created a system that permitted easy access to needed information and learning about the systems functions. Due to the success of the original system created by VarnerMiller, we are currently developing the second generation of the tool to add new system's features and equipment and further update the interactive access to information.
