We can ensure customers meet all requirements for compliance with the myriad of government and internal regulations and policies.

  • Environmental Liability Assessment - Our team will lead development of policies, procedures and methodologies needed to ensure that the long-term budgetary implications associated with environmental cleanup costs (environmental liabilities) for ongoing and inactive or closed operations are identified, consistently estimated, and appropriately reported.

  • Analysis and Research (Economic, Technical) - We provide assessments of environmental processes for opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure the best available technology is implemented.

  • Emergency Planning (Community Right-to-Know) - Our team will ensure your organization is providing timely and comprehensive information to the public as required in addition to planning and coordinating with state and local authorities for response actions in the event of chemical emergencies.

  • Hazardous Material Control and Management Planning - We provide services to assist your organization in reducing hazardous materials on site. We accomplish this through product substitutions, inventory controls, process modification, and designing hazardous material minimization centers and operations.

  • Environmental Assessments (EA)/Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for NEPA - Our team prepares EAs that are concise documents, according to regulation, that briefly provide sufficient evidence and analysis for determining whether or not an EIS is needed. When needed, the VarnerMiller team will prepare an EIS, according to regulation, for any major action that will have a significant effect on the quality of the environment.
