VarnerMiller stands ready to provide operational services, advice, and/or guidance in support of our customers' Environmental Compliance needs. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Environmental Compliance Evaluations - Our assessments will determine your organization's environmental health in terms of compliance with internal policies as well as local, state and federal government regulations.
  
  
• ISO14001, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) - We will design, coordinate and implement EMSs in addition to providing auditing services for the International Standard.
  
  
• Pollution Prevention Opportunity Assessments - Our team will evaluate your organization's ability to reduce its environment footprint through reductions in hazardous material usage, and hazardous waste generation and toxicity.
  
  
• Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA) Reporting - We will ensure your organization is meeting all reporting requirements of the Act in addition to coordinating with local and State entities on planning issues.
  
  
• Disaster Preparedness/Contingency Planning - Our team will prepare documentation and plans to ensure your organization is meeting requirements and develop/conduct exercises to test capabilities.
  
  
• Hazardous Material Control and Management - We will provide services to design systems using database tracking and other modalities to ensure your organization is not only gathering concise accurate data for environmental reporting, but also maintaining compliance with OSHA's Hazardous Communication Standard 29CFR 1910.1200.
  
  
• Permitting - Our team will provide services to determine if permits are required under local, state and federal regulation and assist in the development and compliance with permits issued in all environmental media.
